We stayed here for two nights. The room on the 5th floor, with a tv and lots of storing space, a double bed and a table with 2 chairs. The shower was hot and we got very nice fluffy towels and all amenities (soap, shampoo, bath gel, bodylotion). Location on Hindley Street is great, with restaurants and shops all within close range. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't care much for luxury, but just wants an affordable and clean place to stay.

You reception staff were excellent. They assisted with all the information I needed and were very professional, knowledgable but warm and welcoming.

Arrived here after a few days on Kangaroo Island, from the very quiet to the very busy. The night we stayed was a friday night and because this area is the "Kings Cross" of Adelaide it was busy and noisy. Our room had double glazing and helped block the noise. The room was west facing and hot when we arrived but the air con worked well and cooled the room down. The rooms are what you pay for, not flash but clean and there is a bar fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful. The little cafe below which is open long hours is OK for breakfast and a night cap, if you are so inclined. There is a $10 continental breakfast in the room if you want that, just a few boxes of ceral but OK if you are in a hurry or dont to go out . Whilst its on the night area of Adelaide, its the quieter end of the street and for the shoppers, almost in Rundle Mall.

The staff were great and had managed an early check in for us despite the frantic pace and great demand for accommodation in Adelaide in March. It was a hot day and they had turned our air conditioning on in advance. The room was not terribly spacious, but very clean and with comfortable bedding. We were so satisfied that we booked this hotel once again for our final night in Adelaide.

Stayed three nights. Hotel in great location near Rundle St mall. Lots of places to eat and drink on Hindley Street. Most of the tours will pick up from the hotel too which is convenient. Wifi only works in reception which is frustrating. As a lone traveller u need to keep in touch with people. This was my only bug bear though. Everything else was spot on.

it is right next to the main shopping area (Rundle Mall) which is to the right as you leave the lane. A 10 minute walk through Rundle Mall takes you to Rundle Street, which is far more up market and has loads of great pubs and restaurants (check out Scoozi for Italian food - delicious!). A 10 minute walk up the main road takes you to Victoria Square and the tram to Glenelg, the beach. A 5 minute walk the other direction takes you to the Adelaide Cricket Oval.

The hotel is situated on Hindley Street, which is Adelaide's version of a red light district. To be fair it is a very tame area, with the strip clubs etc being further down the street (to the left as you exit the lane from the hotel on Hindley Street). The area was certainly a very quiet area compared to any town or city centre I've been to in the UK and there is a police station right across the street.

Booked in for a single night stay, for the price, everything was more than I would have expected, rooms was a bit old and daggy but was very clean, air conditioned and in a good spot. Staff were really friendly too...would definitely recommend for a short term no frills stay and would stay here again.

The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to Rundle Mall and great restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff were great especially the Duty Manager. Our room was very quiet but was disappoitning we couldn't open the window. The room got a bit stuffy.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. A mat in the bath would be good as we found it slippery.

Had a few issues with the TV but the helpful staff assisted to fix. Good room and loaction was perfect. Was made to feel very welcome.

Very pleased with my stay. Reception staff were great. Would have been good to have a shelf in the bathroom to put dry clothes on when changing.

Great location. The service was very helpful and friendly. Room didn't get cleaned even though tag had been left on the door but was cleaned once asked.

The staff were bright and friendly and very helpful. I had a bit of trouble seeing into the fridge and coffee area as it was dark. I would return to the Adelaide Paringa.

Comfortable room, but slightly noisy on the Saturday night.
Location was great, being across Rundle Mall.
